This notice explains how personal data sent through this website is handled, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.

What is collected

The call back form collects your full name, mobile number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address and company name. It also records the category you select for yourself, the space type you are interested in, your timing, and anything you write in the notes field.

Why it is collected

The details are used to respond to your enquiry and to discuss your property requirement with you. They are not used for anything else, and they are not sold or rented to third parties.

Your choices

You may ask for access to the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to Propertylance@yahoo.com and say what you would like done.

WhatsApp conversations

Messages you send through WhatsApp are carried and stored by WhatsApp, and are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy rather than this notice.
